What they did in year 1 didn't work.

Adjustments in year 2 didn't work either.

Doing more of the same is a sure way to fail. Maybe these changes help.

Really most coaching adjustments don't matter if you don't have the talent to execute those, which has been the case the last 2 years. If this year has the players to execute a game plan they will be better.
