The last 2 years. They just upped it this year, by adding this rule.

One of the big reasons in switching strength coaches was he discovered that the players he had needed more intensity from the coaches. Michael and Dilby both are much more vocal and intense than the guys they replaced.

That's not saying the others weren't good coaches, just KA needed more intense assistants.
