fault and this year is different/better with the new guys.

The players that left were thugs and terrible teammates. Now we have players with energy and teamwork.

The coaches that got fired were the problem and now the new guys are the solution.

At some point the excuses will end. I've seen enough of this excuse parade to know that the real problem isn't with the players and coaches that are leaving.
