Ryan's first Wisc team was picked preseason as low as 9th in the B1G. It was never ranked at any point in the season, yet finished in a tie for 1st place in the B1G. The next year they won their first outright regular season championship in 56 years.

What we do know is that Kim's first team will be the most talented he ever coaches at MU, and he won 8 games with it.
