9 of his players play in the NBA. He is one of only a handful of coaches who can make the tourney year after year without constant NBA talent. He had good not great players most years at Wisconsin but made up for it in scheme/coaching. Overall I agree that players are much more important than coaching but some coaches can overcome lack of talent just as some coaches can't coach talent very well. I don't believe Kim is one of those coaches who can overcome lack of talent.
