Anyone know much about him?

From what I read he has absolutely zero coaching experience at women's college softball. Zero. Can anyone verify that?

The report on the website talks about him being an ex teammate of EE on the men's national team and a very accomplished men's player, and has run a pitching and hitting instructional academy.

I'm not clear on how this qualifies him to be the head assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for a top 20 women's college softball team.

What am I missing here?

But as Bruce knows I don't know much about anything.
