Wave a wand and allow private insurers to compete across state lines. I'm sure that private insurers will be rushing to offer low premiums to older, sicker workers who will likely receive more medical benefits than pay premiums. Losses are even worse if they're force to cover pre-existing conditions.

This shows a serious lack of knowledge of markets and profitability. I'm ashamed that Trump and I share degrees in economics...
