Hillary's typical line is "I don't recall". She knows how to use her clout to delay an investigation, deny it, all while shredding evidence, paying off people involved, etc.

Given her track record, very few bet against them.

It's just like testifying against a mafia boss. Usually ends badly for the person doing it.
