of "negate rights." It lists what the government is not allowed to do. It does not mention what the government is required to do.

This allegedly is a constitutional scholar.

He said that the constitution makes it difficult for him to get done what he wants to do.

That stupid, was the point of the constitution. To keep tyrants from making up laws to suit their agenda without checks and balances.

So with a stacked court (or as the raskol would say, the grip of a conservative court) the tyrant did what he wants without regard to our highest laws.
