there's been some very nice sours, farmhouse, and saisons from stateside breweries. I try to pick up some four packs of Funkwerks whenever I'm in Omaha. I'm on the lookout for beers from Crane based on your and scif's recommendations.

I'm trying to come close to an experience I enjoyed at Chez Moeder in Brussels, which is essentially the taproom for Cantillon, even though there's no common ownership. The bartenders do a really great job of blending beers that are sometimes sitting in oak barrels aging behind the counter or in the cellar or freshly blended from different taps.

The place is magnificent:

Edit: From looking at the photos, I see that they put in a normal bar...they used to have the traditional counter with just a window to place your order and they would bring it out to your table. It looks like the barrels aren't visible anymore.
