You just can't admit Elections can't exist w/o Registration

and Registration's SOLE PURPOSE is for Elections. It's part of the Election System.

Even a 4th grader can figure out the Election process starts with Registration, pole locations, voting, and ends with counting.

You take away just one part of that SYSTEM and it won't work.
