You don't get into thought police mode trying to stop future violations which is essentially what you're saying, isn't it? Stop these people from using slurs because someday they won't give a minority a job over a white person.

If someone's being discriminatory, that's the issue. That's what you fix.

Further, do you think the members of the Legion of Black Collegians are going to be interested in hiring Chad over Jarvis if it really comes down to it in the future? Isn't that employment discrimination as well?

Perhaps we should shut them down the same way as these slur slinging racists in the fraternity, get some preventative enforcement going on.

Also, as an actual victim of racial intimidation and violence I feel almost embarrassed for these people claiming they are victims.
