Sterk won’t set a minimum number of games Anderson has to win to keep his job.

“I don’t look at it that way,” he said. “I look at it as: Is there progress being made.? What direction is the program going ? Is it going up or going down?”

That's really the question. As long as they win more than 10 games, W/L record won't be the determinative variable. If Sterk likes what he sees going forward, KA will stay on. He just now has his nucleus of sophomores and freshmen, so as long as they're getting better, KA will stay on.
