If you want to live within the geographical boundaries the HOA claims you are forced to live by their rules and bylaws.

If you want to live within the geographical boundaries claimed by a government, you are forced to live by their rules and laws.

Parents' choices as to where they will live impact the rights and duties of their children who will inherit their citizenship &/or property.
