My first interaction with the guy I had on PCP he was

reported on a 9-1-1 call as acting strangely in front of the University Hosp. Wanted me to handcuff his hands in front of him so he could pray. Still trying to talk him down he takes off like a jackrabbit through Greektown.

Next 9-1-1 call finds him all the way at the University Village where he dove headfirst through a picture window and smack dab in the middle of an Asian couple's bed (with them in it).

They run out of the apt and the door closes locked behind them. We get there and he is tearing the sh*t out of the place. Sgt responds and I tell him we need to kick the door as he is destroying the place. He wants to wait for a watchman, who has keys, but just then the guy rips off the curtains and we can see him tipping bookcases and running in and out of the bathroom. Tells me to kick the door and I do. We pin him in the bathroom where he's been jumping in and out of the shower (PCP elevates your body temp).

I have a handcuff on one wrist and the other officer has a cuff on the other wrist but we can't get his wrists together as he has superhuman strength. Sgt is helping hold him down and I look up to see the female officer watching us....um, a little help?
