aid "code 3". You don't do that unless it merits it. Running hot places yourself and other motorists at risk. Plus they tasked a helicopter to respond and fly over the scene.

From what I have read, she was trained in recognizing drug affected behavior and that was her reason for the "officer in need of assistance" request which would have brought the troops running.

Still following the incident as the investigation develops.

Big guy. If he was on PCP and I was by myself, I'd call for assistance too. Did it once with someone smaller than me and it took 3 of us (and a worthless female officer with her hands on her hips watching us roll around with the guy who'd p*ssed himself and shat himself) to subdue him
