that he was acting very strange, and had the duty to determine if he was a danger to himself or others.

So there is this guy who stops his car in the middle of the street and gets out and wanders around. We don't yet know why she pulled her gun on him in the first place. We don't yet know what he may have said to her. He may have said he was going to kill her and then started walking to his truck. That might make a difference.

Maybe let the investigation occur before you convict her?
