We don't know that Judas had regrets. Without Judas or A JUDAS, the story doesn't go down.

I had a notion once that the BETRAYAL of Judas was that in the garden he ideas 'the twin' as Jesus and screws everything up. But I was young with such notions.

But to answer your question, IF it went down as the stories allege, then sure yes, the REGRET of Judas in my book is enough, but then how could I be more forgiven than an All-Forgiving Allah Hu Akbar, God.
