infrastructure targets which are located in non-residential areas.
Looking at the long term issues, we need to understand the necessity of avoiding civilian casualties. We need to look at the long term war of words which has made us the hated enemy.
We need to stop blowing up houses in residential areas, even when the enemy takes shelter there, and take them out with bullets, not bombs in such areas. Then there can be no cry of massive indiscriminate killing of civilians, and excusing it by a faulty cost-benefit analysis; which fails to take into consideration the justification for radicalization of the young because of civilian casualties, by our enemies.
In doing this, we take away their biggest propaganda message, that we are intentionally killing their innocent civilians, especially the elderly, women, and children.
We need to understand the value of these lives, and know that their deaths are not to be so casually brushed aside. These souls have the same value as every other soul which God has formed.
Like a piece of art offered at an auction, the value of these souls is the price paid for them. The price paid for them, and for us, Christian or not, is the most priceless, most valuable currency in all of the universe; the blood and the life of Jesus Christ upon the cross. Tread lightly when you disrespect the value God has gifted to each and every soul. There will be a time to give an account for how each of us have dealt with one another. Pray I do better.
