corporate dictates who gets to take over the accounts not papa boo. I hope the ****tard they bring in tries employ the "oh nothing changed" strategy that your guy pulled. Joeboo would own that cheek slicer with his operation light switch.
I think Joeboo needs to roll out a negative campaign as well. Something that while not true will drive his current customers away right when he opens up shop. He has to time it just right though. Maybe send out something on company letterhead a week before zero day saying any insured drivers have to get an annual colonoscopy. Then a day latter he sends them an email saying he couldn't stand to watch customers that had been loyal to him over the years get gouged both literally and figuratively so he has decided to go independent so that he can provide the same level of insurance without the price/butt gouging. Just one simple click of the button transfers their insurance over.
