I want to be in Lees Summit, but I can't afford an office there by myself right off the bat. Independence I can afford from day 1, but not Lees Summit. I'd need to partner up with at least 1 other agent for splitting rent in Lees Summit(for at least the first 2-3 years until my income has grown), so these 2 guys are my ticket to being immediately in LS, if they could just get their **** sorted out ASAP.
