yep, the only thing that is still up in the air

is my office location.

I basically have two options at this point, staying put, alone, or going in with 2 established agents and renting office space from them, but they already have been working for the brokerage firm that I will be working for, so they can get me up to speed quicker, answer questions, etc.

I was planning on that, and then a month ago everything went to hell. They informed me that they are splitting up and may or may not be moving, they haven't made their plans yet. I'd still like to be in their location, it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than my current location (they are in Lees Smmit, I'm in Independence, and I want out of Independence ASAP)

So I'm giving them a couple weeks to hopefully sort out their **** and figure out what they are doing, but I really can't wait too long, I need to commit to a lease here come mid October or so if I'm staying.
