That's who is in charge of this mess. And it is a mess. It helps contribute to a lot of dirty recruiting tactics. Like paying players or hiring parents (looking at you Auburn and Miss St.)all in the name of keeping up with Kentucky. Either the kids can go pro out of high school, or they stay for 3 years like baseball.
