allow unhappy kids to move on without wasting a year of their life. If a coach contacts a player under scholarship, a member of their family, an AAU coach, or anyone associated with that kid that team should lose a scholarship for the period of time that player would have been at their school. If you tamper with a freshman, you lose a scholarship for 3 years. It would be an extremely harsh penalty but it would probably stop most coaches from trying to lure a kid from another school.
