His former coach is a HUGE ku guy. They were very close - Gordon has no father - but their relationship ended badly (Gordon to blame no doubt). At the time I was told that he would NEVER go to Mizzou. I thought he would be steered to ku. Ever since the ugly transfer to Webster the Mizzou recruiting ironically picked up almost, it seems, to spite his old coach. I think the ku commitment becomes less likely for the same reason. The kid will go where he is lead. Don't get your hopes up even if he commits to MU however. He is like a giant 3rd grader. He can't pass ku style and fail all tests but hand in endless extra credit done by tutors.
