proof and you are free to suspect that I am completely making it up. You would be wrong, I don[t post things like that based on nothing, and heard that directly from someone who also is not in the habit of making up such things and is in a position to know things of that nature. So I feel confident enough in its validity to post it.

I find the notion that Gordon's attraction to the program to be based on being a fan of the 1978 Portland Trailblazer's enough to be familiar with the 21 game stretch that Kim avged 3 ppg and 2 rebounds on 31% shooting to be rather implausible. Obviously making the NBA is a great accomplishment, but that seems rather hard to believe that is an important factor in his recruitment.
