hasn't changed. After charges that he regularly shortchanged suppliers, clients, and banks, it hasn't changed with his campaign. Now it looks like he's reneging on a agreement to pay his policy staffers in DC. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/295072-trump-policy-staffers-quit-after-not-being-paid

In comparison to Obama, maybe the majority of the Tigerboarders here are right. Trump is more like Putin than Obama....
