Illinois has more draw for Mizzou fans outside the STL metro. Kansas or ISU or OSU would be a more marquee draw for Mizzou fans in general.

Dictate. Request. Whatever term you want to use. SLU has no leverage and no standing to get Mizzou to agree to H&H compared to a major conference school.
