He sucked at his last job with 10000 times the resources he will have at SLU. He has to win the conference. Will have virtually no chance at an at large pick unless they win close to 25 games.

One could make a case that this conf is better in basketball than some P5 conferences on certain years, but they probably get only one or two in the tourney.
