Anything to fund the obscene wages paid to the automotive manufacturing industry.
It always killed me that my uncle, a GM employee and retiree, could buy a new car with enough of a discount he could sell it in 2 years for as much as he paid for it. GM wanted their employees to be buying new cars regularly.
