Phillips was better than I'd thought he would be, maybe out of necessity, but he was. Hopefully, he'll continue to work hard and progress and by the end of his four years, he'll be someone we look back on with fond memories.

For what it's worth, I don't think it's our guard play that's killing us. It's the lack of a quality big man with the ability to contribute anywhere near normal production.
