it's a mix of them failing (in various respects) and our coaches failing to find ways to make them fit into some type of system that works.
Obviously, J3 is a loss - he could be, if not a centerpiece, then a very nice complementary piece to a decent team. Teki, if he could have remained healthy, showed signs and our team was much better before he got hurt. Stay healthy and progress normally and he helps.
Coaching is absolutely a part of it and if Kim fails to progress with his recruits then he'll rightfully get the ax or not be retained, however you want to frame it.
