Your snarky comment on coaching above aside, the biggest issue that we had on this team wasn't lack of coaching, it was lack of athleticism. Rosburg wasn't athletically able to go in and be a big rebounder. He was just too slow or indecisive about going to the ball. Every time he tried to be assertive, he seemed to pick up every cheap foul call available. So, they adjusted and he tended to hold off a man by blocking out to allow teammates to go pick up those rebounds and the other bigs didn't do it. Our guards did, but our small forwards were atrocious at getting rebounds (283rd as a percentage of team rebounding).
