So you haven't tread the NCAA report, which states, "In December 2013, the NCAA enforcement staff received information from a confidential source alleging potential violations of NCAA legislation involving a then men's basketball student-athlete. While investigating those allegations, the enforcement staff developed additional information in April 2014 regarding potential violations involving then prospective men's basketball student-athlete (student-athlete 1). While the original allegations involving the student-athlete were not substantiated, the supplemental investigation regarding student-athlete 1 uncovered the proposed findings of fact outlined in the SDR. On April 14, 2014, the enforcement staff issued a verbal notice of inquiry to the institution."

Or is the NCAA also participating in this fabrication to keep Kim at Mizzou?
