Did he inherited a team on probation, a roster full of high-ranked primadonna's who never played to their potential, and had a roster full of trouble-makers including one who hit someone with a shotgun and another who got into a bar fight and broke his jaw? That kind of impossible situation? Well then he should have no trouble being very good in year 3 because we've seen that impossible situation can be overcome rather quickly.

He didn't inherit an impossible situation. He inherited a less than ideal situation which most coaches do. He just was ill-prepared to handle the situation.
