he was hired. None of the names you mentioned would have taken the job after what Alden, Haith and Fuller did to the program - and to top it off Alden forced Kim to take Fuller.

Why did Alden hire Kim? The program was such a dysfunctional mess nobody else would take the job and at least Kim was a known commodity who won a championship in div II.
