Frankly, Kim was not told of the NCAA letter. MU gave the poor excuse that they could not disclose it. Sorry, that isn't appropriate for any candidate.
I do recall that under MA and Haith, fans felt like they could not identify with MU basketball and hiring of KA, who has won a national title when nobody who has coached at MU the last 50 years can say that, was a step to return to the grass roots support for the MU program.
Weeding out has taken 2 years. As an example, look at how kids have been dismissed from the football program under Odom. Rather than continually cry about it, let the person who has been hired to do the job - do their job.
