in Vegas are abnormal. It's silly to even think that. I do believe that there are more normal and wholesome family units and everything that offshoots from that in Nashville than Vegas.
Income is relative and not the only indicator of affluence. No one is saying Vegas residents can't afford to go to games. And one is saying it's a given bust. I have optimism that it'll work. If I had to bet I'd say it's gonna work out.

I don't think it's unfair to rule that Vegas is currently more of an Arena Football city than a major league sports city. It's brand as a city is impermanence. In and out. Show business. It has the opportunity to shape a different brand.
If hockey goes well I can see the Fertitta's putting an NFL team there relatively soon. That's why they sold UFC. You probably know all this.
