Now that you have said you expect him to win 16-18 wins to get another season, and hope for him to reach 20 in season four all that is remaining is to openly acknowledge that you have very low expectations for him and do not feel he is capable of doing what you would expect any other coach at MU to do. You are admitting it inadvertently, just not directly.
