MA has 14 years as a HC, only 3 of which has he won 24 or more games. Once at each school.
Haith has been a HC 12 and has 1 season with 24 or more wins.

Mizzou only has had 6 such season in the last 30 years.

So none of the last 5 coaches have consistently reached the level that you are saying is acceptable.
