Except that Mizzou has agreed to abide by the corrupt overlord.

Essentially they have two options:

1) accept responsibility for their actions under the current system, which requires notifying the NCAA, and

2) No longer accept the NCAA's authority and leave.

They haven't and won't do the second, so the first continues to apply.
