UNC hired attorneys who put the NCAA in the pinch that academic affairs are not in the NCAA's jurisdiction and bylaws. In a case where both UNC and the NCAA are co-defendants, the NCAA argued that it has no legal responsibility for the academic fraud at UNC.

Makes the NCAA wear a clown suit.

I wish Missouri had taken the same approach with the NCAA and didn't cower like a bunch of pussies. If you act weak, you will be weak.
