fact they didn't receive an education from UNC. The NCAA is not responsible for educating student/athletes. The member universities are and can be held liable. The NCAA is responsible for enforcing the rules that athletes be educated while on scholarship. Big issue, the athletes are complicit in the fraud but don't say anything until they are out of eligibility....go figure...
