Odom has seen the SEC heavyweights recruit. he knows what he has to do. It is a complete culture change, as far as the coaches go. They will live out of airports and sleeping in their cars as they recruit. You have to work 3 years ahead of time to get in on the best players. If you have lazy coaches, they will not stay long.
