black swan events enhanced by manageable schedules and, in the case of 2013, catching FL and TN at low points. Credit for taking out one decent heavyweight n UGA.

If anything 2007 makes the case that when you play a schedule full of fellow middle and lightweights, you can have a fun season. Only Okie played to their elite, heavyweight status and beat MU twice.

At best, MU has beaten one heavyweight playing up to its class, for the most part: UGA.
