aspect of a coaches job. Teaching basketball skills is much easier when you are recruiting talented kids. In that regards Tate was a good hire but he failed to deliver on the most important part of his job. And right now we have a staff who can't recruit at a level high enough to compete and can't coach up the below-average recruits they are bringing in. It's a recipe that has lead to 19 total wins in two years.
