disrespectful. But my opinion is that we should never have hired a coach who was so unqualified that players thought he wasn't worthy of their respect. It really does explain why we've had so much turnover and why we can't get top-tier recruits. It turns out that dealing with D1 players versus D2 players is actually quite different which many on here claimed wasn't the case.
