accept his leadership, hit the door. The player's lack of respect is on the player, not the coach. You think some 18-23 year old has the depth of knowledge of the game and the wisdom to run a program? You have your hierarchy all wrong. The coach doesn't submit to the players. They submit to them. If you want to be disrespectful of the coach and a cancer in the locker room, leave immediately.
