OSU, Kansas and KState more. If Houston doesn't get into the big 12 then Herman will likely move on at some point to a Power 5 conference. If they get in the Big 12 he'll probably stay and that makes recruiting harder for A&M but they can still compete vs Houston for recruits. However it'll be harder for OSU, Texas Tech, etc...to beat out Houston for recruits.
