Houston + BYU would make a decent conference

out of the b12 as far as football is concerned imo...

I'd say in 3-5 years you'd be looking at division standings along the lines of:

Houston, TCU, Tech, Texas, BYU, Baylor

Oklahoma, WVU, Okie Lite, KSU, ISU, bird turds

Basically three consistently good teams at the top half of each division with three perennial in-conference losers. I'd say one of the divisions will have a #4 or #5 with a chance to eek out 9 wins each year based on their OOC + facing the bottom three of the opposite division.
